Our client owned a large site on the outskirts of Birmingham providing student accommodation, and was interested in the potential of the site's revaluation. We were commissioned to create a conceptual masterplan for the development of the site, which includes listed buildings. Our team also delivered an exciting vision to integrate the campus/village more into the community, sharing the peripheral infrastructure and retail offers.
