Ember Lane is a suburban London family house redevelopment project completed by Butterfield Design in 2015. The original property was a traditional 100-year-old building that required a significant renovation to accommodate the needs of a growing family. The architects designed and built extensions in every direction, providing a flexible living concept that allows the family to live and work together comfortably. One of the key objectives of the project was to combine the traditional features of the original property with an open-plan Californian beach house concept. The result is a stunning blend of old and new, with modern features and amenities that seamlessly integrate into the traditional architecture of the building.
