Located in West Midlands, UK, Evenbrook is one of the leading residential build-to-rent investors, owners and estate management services in the country. Completed in 2006, Butterfield Design was tasked with designing the new offices for Evenbrook Estates. The project involved designing a light and airy 6000sqft office space on the top floor of a 10-storey office tower near the centre of West Bromwich. The space was tailored to the needs of the staff, senior management, and various meeting rooms, while taking advantage of the panoramic views.
